What areas of Bali do you operate in?
We're based around Ubud but our tours run across much of the island — Nusa Penida, Kintamani, North Bali, Uluwatu, Tanah Lot and beyond. We also offer private transfers from almost any starting point in Bali, including the airport.

How do I book a tour with you?
You can book directly on our website (most flexible, best price) or through our partners Viator, TripAdvisor and Klook. Direct bookings save roughly 22% vs the partner platforms' list prices.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Website payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the same security tier used by major e-commerce sites. We never see or store your card details.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour start time — full refund, no questions. Cancellations inside the 24-hour window aren't refundable, because we've already committed guides, drivers, boats or permits.

Can you customize a tour or make it private for my group?
Yes — every public tour we run is already private to your party. If you want a fully custom itinerary (longer days, different combinations, photographer included, etc.), message us on WhatsApp and we'll build a quote.

Are your tours private or small-group?
All day tours are private — you, your party, and your guide/driver. Small-group joins are available on request for Nusa Penida snorkel boat days.
